In my work I follow the principles of evidence-based psychological practices grounded in cognitive behavioural approach. I’m always improving my knowledge and skills and my training certificates reflect my professional interests - the neurobiology of attachment, anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as a personal passion of mine — how music affects our mental state. I believe that we all have our history with personal experiences, survival strategies and attempts to be in touch with ourselves and others. My work is not to “fix” a person, but to help them better understand themselves and their internal mechanisms, learn to rely on themselves and choose not automatic reactions, but conscious, mindful actions. My practice includes support for people who are faced with anxiety, self-esteem issues, a feeling of emptiness or difficulties in emotional self-regulation and decision-making, striving for self- knowledge, as well as experiencing emigration difficulties - with attention to cultural context and personal values. In addition to individual sessions, I also conduct workshops and mindfulness activities (3rd wave of CBT) in a corporate structure. I work in Russian and English.
