Your therapist is here to support you — share your thoughts and feelings freely. You don’t need to have all the answers right away; therapy helps you explore them.

A session lasts around 50 minutes, giving you space to express yourself fully. Afterward, allow yourself a few minutes to process thoughts and feelings — it’s a normal part of the journey.
A good relationship with your therapist is key to a successful therapeutic process. If after your first session, you feel like your therapist is not the one, don't worry. You can try with another therapist for free.
