I had tried therapy on a number of occasions before working with Nicole, and these experiences didn't seem to work. But her approach and understanding of my situation, particularly having the shared frame of reference in being expatriates, has made me show up consistently....

I was looking for a place where I would feel free to speak from the inside. Nicole provided me the safe environment for me to be able to do so, without any judgment and at my own pace and way. Language was something very important for me as well, and Nicole speaks fluent English and understands it well. She always available during our sessions and as well outside of the, when I needed to contact her she was always available...

We are an international couple living together for many years, so we were looking for an english-speaking therapist and we are glad to have found Nicole.
She is an attentive listener and can give dedicated and tailored feedback on various topics that might come up. She gradually guides us by asking tough, but needed questions. Each of us gets our turn to talk and together we learn about boundaries, feelings, needs and wishes of ourselves and the partner. The atmosphere in the sessions is very welcoming and it invites to open up.
We also often get "homework" which helps us to reflect on what we have learned and have discussions also outside of the session.
Nicole is not the most punctual, but none of us are perfect :) She makes up for it by being encouraging, by trying to find and explain the important details in our stories and she can also be very direct when necessary.
We would recommend her to any English-speaking couple who is looking for an online session!...

I am a Dutch man who started this process to work on self-confidence and fear of approaching someone I am attracted to.
Introverted and overly analyzing person that I am apparently required a lot of water to the sea before I was ready to end what was going on but going nowhere.
Discussing and orienting myself better in my relationship, helped to getting courage to end things. Talking helps putting things in perspective, both regarding my deeply rooted uncertainly and relationship-wise. Talking helps with working on more positive approach. While I was and am aware of my limits, a more positive approach may enable you to take the step to bravery that might improve your situation. While it is easier to remain in a routine that it comfortable with perhaps a pleasant salary but taking the courage to get out of your comfort zone, trying and learning may prove more rewarding in the end.
Learning about there are different ways. Organising my day routine and getting more structure with a positive mindset and the internalized motivation to change my life for the better....

I was working with Nicole for about 8 months and during that time we managed to talk about relationships with family, friends and partner, loneliness, living abroad, stress, anxiety, and self-acceptance. After a couple of months of therapy, my anxiety started to subside and I was able to see things from different perspectives. That helped me to be more kind towards myself. I also got the confidence to start new hobbies and make new connections, which now bring a lot of happiness into my life....
