Sometimes talking alone isn’t enough to create real change. That's why my approach blends traditional talking therapy with somatic and body-based practices. Together, we may draw on mindfulness, breath-work, somatic experiencing, inner child work, EFT tapping and other integrative approaches to gently support you in reconnecting with your body, while building the capacity to stay present with your emotions.
