Online sessions take place via secure video calls in the Hedepy platform.
Reaching out for support can feel difficult, but it is often the first step towards feeling more understood, grounded, and connected to yourself. I work with adults who may be feeling anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from carrying too much on their own. Many of the people I work with struggle with overthinking, self-criticism, relationship difficulties, or feeling disconnected from themselves. Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and explore what has brought you to therapy and what you may need right now. My approach is warm, collaborative, curious, empathic and compassionate. I offer a space where you can speak openly without fear of being judged, analysed, or told what to do. Rather than giving quick advice, I help you make sense of your thoughts, emotions, and patterns in a way that feels supportive and manageable. Together, we can begin to understand what may be keeping you stuck and help you move towards greater clarity, self-compassion, and emotional balance.
