Taking the first step and recognising that you may need support when life feels difficult is important; it’s often the moment when you begin to take some control back. Our first session is about getting to know you and understanding what’s brought you here and what you might hope for. My way of working is collaborative and based on dialogue, empathy, and compassion. I don’t give advice or tell you how to live your life. Instead, we explore things together, gently and at your pace. I listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help you make sense of what’s happening for you in a way that feels respectful and human. I aim to offer a calm, supportive space where you can: feel heard and understood explore your thoughts and emotions safely notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck develop greater clarity and self-compassion I am looking forward to meeting you.
