Sometimes life gets challenging and it might feel impossible to find a way out. Therapeutic relationship has a potential to offer support in difficult situations. When things go wrong, it may feel impossible to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am here to help you cross this path, no matter how challenging it is, I will try to walk alongside you. Reaching out for support is the sign of strength. Often a new path emerges with the mindful, supportive and grounded emotional process. As a Gestalt therapist, I use the body-mind connection to explore all aspects of self. We can reflect on habitual behavioural patterns. Change happens through deep self acceptance. I use mindfulness therapeutically, which can include meditation, if appropriate. I work relationally and collaboratively, which means that the therapeutic relationship becomes a tool for growth and change. I have experience with the following therapeutic goals: managing anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, anger, healing trauma, disconnection, working with issues around neurodivergence, social belonging, social anxiety, isolation, masking, face-blindness.
