  • You can contact our customer care via the chat or by email at support@hedepy.com to help you find another therapist or choose by yourself.
  • Our customer care team will send you a voucher that will grant you a 100% discount off the first session with the new therapist you choose.
  • Please note, that we can only grant 1 free session with another therapist on the Hedepy platform.
  • You must submit your request within 10 days of your session.
  • If you miss you are session (or cancel less than 24h in advance), we cannot issue another voucher for a free session for you.
