How to proceed?
- Please contact our customer support on +420 228 811 555 or by email at podpora@hedepy.cz.
- We will refund your money in the form of a credit or send it back to the account you used to pay for the therapy.
Please note that...
- We only refund money for your first session on the Hedepy platform.
- You must submit your request within 7 days of your session.
- This guarantee does not apply to continuing sessions, even if you change your psychotherapist.
- Your attendance at the session is also a condition for the refund.
Would you like to try another therapist? Based on a 5-minute test, we will recommend the three most suitable therapists for you.
If you have already taken the test and are not satisfied with your choice, we will be happy to help you find the right therapist in person. Just go to Customer Support on the left panel, click on the chat icon in the bottom right corner and a member of our customer care team will be right with you.
