Many of my clients are people who seem functional on the outside, but inside feel anxious, tense, emotionally tired, or stuck in patterns they cannot seem to change. They may overthink, doubt themselves, struggle in relationships, feel pressure to keep everything under control, or notice that stress is affecting their body, sleep, intimacy or emotional balance. My therapeutic background is integrative. I combine psychodynamic understanding with practical tools from CBT/REBT, schema-focused work and body-informed awareness. This allows us to work with both present difficulties and the deeper emotional patterns behind them — including early experiences, family dynamics, beliefs about yourself, relationship patterns and the way stress is held in the body. I pay attention to how emotions show up physically: tension, restlessness, fatigue, sleep difficulties, stomach discomfort, pressure in the chest, shutdown, or a constant sense of being “on alert”. Often, the body carries stress before we fully understand it intellectually. My style is warm, grounded and honest. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where we can understand what is behind the symptoms and gradually build healthier ways of responding to yourself, others, relationships and inner pressure. I work online with adults from different countries and backgrounds, especially with anxiety, self-worth, relationships, life transitions, intimacy concerns and expat life.
