I am using various approaches because we are all different. Not a single client is the same as another, so I try to make an individual approach and work toward the client's best interest. Once we set a goal together, we continue to work on it in safe surroundings and at a pace that is comfortable for a client at the given moment. I work as a psychotherapist for 7 years, and from my experience, a mix of behavioral and psychodynamic approaches works the best for many mental health issues.
