I am a psychologist and psychoterapist and I combine several approaches in my work. I am primarily based on my therapeutic training in Rogerian psychotherapy, which places the main emphasis on empathy, acceptance and therapeutic relationship. In addition, I sometimes use motivational interview techniques or a cognitive-behavioral approach. I always approach each client individually and we work together in the style that suits him best. As a psychologist, I do not advise the client and give him my solutions, but I help him hear his own inner voice and gain confidence in himself.
