Each therapeutic approach has its specifics, and it is perfectly fine if you ahve no idea what each modality entails. Stay true to your intuition or choose your psychotherapist based on other criteria. We know from our experience that the quality of the relationship between you and your psychotherapist is more important than what modality is used.

What if I still can’t choose the right therapist?

With each therapist, your sessions will be different, but you will still move forward. At the same time, however, it is okay to end the relationship with your therapist if you simply do not like it.
